The forest around Ranthambore was once the private hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur and is one of the largest national parks in Northern India. Ranthambore National Park is renowned for its tiger population; however you may also come across other wild animals such as leopard, nilgai, Wild Boar, Sambar, hyena and Sloth Bear.

DAY BY DAY – DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1 – DELHI – SAWAI MADHOPUR – DRIVE RANTHAMBORE
Upon arrival in Sawai Madhopur on the Jan Shtabdi you are met and assisted with your transfer to your hotel where you check-in.

Ranthambore National Park is renowned for its tiger population; however you may also come across other wild animals such as leopard, nilgai, Wild Boar, Sambar, hyena and Sloth Bear.
The remainder of the evening is free to enjoy at your leisure.

DAY 2 – RANTHAMBORE NATIONAL PARK
Today, after breakfast spend time exploring the Keoladeo National Park.
Today, you will enjoy an early morning and a mid-afternoon canter safari around an estimated area of 400sq km of game reserve. Each game drive is approx. 4 hrs. long.
In between game drives you can enjoy the facilities of your hotel.
Please note: Photo ID is required when visiting the Park. Please ensure you bring your passport to gain entry.

DAY 3 – RANTHAMBORE – SAWAI MADHOPUR – TRAIN TO DELHI
The tour comes to an end today.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Delhi, approx. 4 hrs. drive excluding stops. In Delhi, transfer either the airport for the next leg of your onward journey or proceed to be dropped off at your Delhi city hotel.
