Yoga's roots lie firmly in India. Here, you can delve deeper into this profound spiritual journey. The ancient art of Yoga can be practiced almost anywhere - from beach to mountains.

On this tour, we take you high up - near the Himalaya - to get involved in this art. We first visit the centre of Hinduism - Rishikesh, which has a plethora of Yoga Ashrams. In all the Ashrams, amidst religious hymns, one can meditate and feel closer to one's inner self. We continue our spiritual journey to Mussoorie, Nahan, Shimla, Mandi, Taragarh and reach Dharamshala, home of the Dalai Lama. We practice Yoga in some of the famous Yoga centres of Dharamshala and delve deeper into this philosophy before finally reaching Amritsar, where we visit the marvelous and peaceful Sikh Temple - Golden Temple and go to see the Ceremony of exchange of guards. From Delhi, we bid farewell to this spiritual journey and take home with us peacefulness, mindfulness and a lot of knowledge.
